Name the Highway |

| In the area where I
live there is a movement to name a new highway after a certain politician
who, like so many others, had been caught in illegal activity and typical
politics that forced him to resign from his office. (My Dad said there are
two kinds of politicians- the caught and the uncaught). I suggested naming
the highway after this politician might be too expensive because of
the added costs of the many curves that should be included to the highway
to make it as crooked as the one for whom it would be named.
One thing is sure. The way to heaven is not crooked but strait and narrow (Matthew 7:13, 14). Jesus is that way (John 14:6). |
