Just Once |

There were many sacrfices required of the Israelites under the Law of Moses. They had to be repeated time after time; year after year. But Christ was sacrificed once. "So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many..." (Hebrew 9:28). The very fact that He was offered but once shows beyond doubt that His one sacrifice was sufficient to accomplish its purpose and there is no need for it to be repeated. It is unfortunate and error for the Catholics to contend that the mass is a repeated sacrfifce of Christ. While the blood of animals could never take away sins, but Christ obtained eternal redemption for man by His sacrifice
