So Afraid

     That is the way to describe clergymen, atheists, humanists, etc. and all others who do everything they can to persuade people to cast the Bible aside. If the Bible is no more than what they contend why are they so insistent to make people discard it? What harm can there be to believe it? If it is nothing reliable what can it hurt to accept it? Nobody gets hurt that way.

     It is with good reason that we think the enemies of the Bible are determined to destroy  it is because they are so afraid it might be true and they are damned. They cannot disprove it; cannot replace it with something better; still prefer going their own way but tremble in the light of Scripture. 

     Maybe they are not so sure the Bible is wrong after all.
