An Amazing Observation |

| While trying to find
the bright side of the national scene I notice the tremendous surge of
commercial activity around Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is a good idea and
has been a worthy national observance. Some wish to set it aside because
they are proud self-serving degenerates who are greedy, grasping and
wish to be dictatorial to others to end the day.
But it seems many have already set it aside. They fail to honor Him from Whom all blessings flow by their gluttonous manners as they partake of the blessings God has given. Thanksgiving should be directed to the God of heaven all year long. Too many have no place for God in their lives at all. What the day should mean has escaped the minds of many. |
