An Answer to Prayer |

| Abraham sought a
wife for Isaac from among his own people. How much better it would be for
the church if Christians would marry those of God's family. The damage
done to the church by those who marry outside the church vibrates
adversely for generations.
Abraham sent his servant, Eliezer, in search of a wife for Isaac. As he wet he prayed that God would guide him in making the selection. This was done and Eliezer brought Rebekah to Isaac. Rebekah was the answer to the prayers of Abraham and Eliezer. Should not prayer be utilized sincerely and often in choosing our companions in marriage? |
