Another Memorial Day |

| The reprinting of
last year's Memorial Day message was unintentional. But the day is a
special day in America when we honor those who have given so much to
protect our nation and freedom. We could only wish we had leaders today
who respected them rather than attempting to change America into a
pro-Islam communist state.
There is another memorial day of greater importance to the Christian. Every first day of the week Christians observe the Lord's Supper which is a memorial to Christ. "This do in remembrance of me." He lived with God in heaven, was born of the virgin, lived a perfect life and died on the cross for the salvation of man. He arose from the dead, returned to heaven and will return for His own. This we remember and honor as Deity teaches us. Faithful Christians observe the Lord's Supper every first day of the week as did the early Christians. It is to proclaim the Son of God. |
