Ask a Baptist

Probably one of them lives near you. Courteously ask them to present the Scripture that tells about the Baptist church that began 1611. Ask him why their doctrine allows them to be saved by faith only but demands baptism to be a Baptist. Ask him if the 3,000 on Pentecost had to tell their "experience" and be received by a vote before the Lord add them to the church. Ask him the idea one cannot fall is true how does he explain the thousands who left Egypt but never reached the promised land. Ask him to cite Scripture for observing the Lord's Supper monthly or quarterly. Ask him which of the various Baptist churches are the true church and why they exist. Ask him... there are scores of questions that expose the doctrinal errors of the Baptist church but by this time he will probably be so mad at you you won't get a change to ask./
