Can We Know?

It would be a difficult and insecure situation if we had to live life wondering about our salvation. Does God make us wait until the final day and the judgment to have the comfort of the knowledge of salvation? The answer to that is, "NO." We can know of our salvation here and now. We live in hope which includes desire and expectation. We do not have to be insecure about it.

God has provided evidence of our pardon that we can recognize. You can learn more on this vital theme by hearing the lesson in Category 8, lesson 400 on this website. By knowing of our salvation we can also know if we are yet among the lost. It is worth knowing for sure.

Furthermore, we can know if those around us are among the saved or the lost. Knowing this will assist us in fulfilling our duty toward them.
