Decisions Are Difficult |
||
It is difficult to
make decisions that so vitally affect the rest of your life. Yes, you make
them as best you can on the best knowledge of the alternatives you have.
But do you have enough knowledge? Time will tell.
Some decisions are so minor it will not make a great difference. But some are of immense magnitude. Once made, you cannot afford to constantly look back with regret and wish you have decided another way. You have to forget the things which are behind (Phil. 3: 13). You can defend yourself in making decisions if you will always try very sincerely to make every decision with the will of God in mind that we learn from Scripture. This manner of making decisions will not fail you regardless of what may follow. Always couple your decision with prayer and rely on the providence of God for things to work for the best. |
