The Devil Has His Ways |
||
Some young people
get lost when they enter circumstances that discourage Christianity, such
as entering the armed forces where they meet trials and temptations that
are not ordinary. They need our help and encouragement.
Others get lost seeking a higher education where the "wise" professors scoff at everything God considers sacred. They hear truth ridiculed and often are not as prepared as they need to be to withstand such error. Also their peers, who think themselves so smart, will often berate them for their faith and love of God. The devil has his servants on every corner. We must be attentive to his wiles and stand by each other. The things we hold are true and right. |
