Follow the Lord's Law
  It is the law of God that Christians obey the laws of the land except when such laws may require one to disobey the law of God. The law of the land is never the "bottom line" for Christians. Many need to learn this regarding marriage.

  Nobody is married simply because the law of the land says so. Nobody is divorced that way either. There is one cause for divorce that God allows and that is fornication. Only three classes of people have the right to marry. (1) those never married; (2) those who married but their mate has died; (3) those who married and are divorced because their mate was guilty of fornication.

  That is not about it or just close to it: THAT'S IT.
