Insist on His Word |
||
When you go to the
doctor and he prescribes a certain medicine, you expect the pharmacist to
give you exactly what the doctor ordered.
In matters of the spirit, why rely on substitutes, maybe so's, human opinions, doctrines of men rather than the Word of God? Should not your preacher tell you exactly what the Great Physician has ordered? Does he have the right to give you anything more or less than that? We have never understood why so many people will allow teachers and preachers to come before them and preach the doctrines of denominations, philosophers, theologians, clergymen, etc. and compromise the truth of God. Those so-called teachers seek to appease those in sin. Do we really think they are the "wise men" of our time when we know following men will not lead us to heaven? INSIST ON HIS WORD!
