Just One Faith |
||
Jesus brought one
faith (Eph. 4: 4,5). When people learn a single truth and abide by it
there will be unity and anything that contradicts it is wrong. George
Washington was reportedly the first President of the USA. If some say that
is not true obviously somebody is wrong. Both cannot be right when they
contradict each other.
When people differ on something in the Bible, or in religion generally, if there is a contradiction we are not left to take our choice and think both ways are right. To contend both are right even though they negate each other is to say that God deliberately gave us an ambiguous message even while He commanded unity. Strangely some say everything is right if you think so. But such a doctrine is false to the core. |
