Little by Little

I had the minor misfortune of a strip of my driveway washing somewhat after a heavy rain. I ordered some additional crushed stone and the delivery man dumped it in one place. (That was not a smart move). That meant somebody had to move it and set things in order. I finally figured out I was that man.

Now the driveway is smooth and fixed. I got it done one shovel full at a time. Little by little the task was completed successfully. So many BIG jobs are accomplished that way, aren't they? Just a little at a time!

The small ant cannot move a pile of grain in one load. It does it one grain at a time. Patience, perseverance, sticking with the job gets it done. We all can get things done if we will remember these things.
