Many Are Deceived Thereby |

| Many think it will
bring them pleasure, riches, security, reward. The devil makes it appear
so attractive and so many just follow the way he directs thinking they are
going to be made happy. But they are misled because they are blinded
to the ultimate wages of sin (Romans 6:23).
What is amazing is how people can see the deception of lust and sin and the evil fruits produced but ignore what they can know and keep on the same path to destruction. Is it because of an inflated ego, a pompous disposition, a display of self-importance that causes them to be deceived? Are they so wedded to sin that they would destroy themselves by it? |
