No End in Sight? |

commentator was commenting on the enormous spending this government is
doing and things keep getting worse and then more calls for more spending
and- well, you get the picture. He asked, "Is there no end in
sight?" I seem to recall that the anti-God elements in Israel and
Judah seemed to think there was no end in sight for their ridiculous and
defiant ways. But I personally think there is an end, but when, I cannot
see. But so often those rebellious against God think there will be no end
to their rebellion and those who love God think their rebellion will never
end.
IT ALL WILL END! Sooner or later we all shall give account. Nations before us have thought they could do whatever they wanted without consequences. Individuals seem to believe this. The end may not be in sight, that is "imminent," but the end is coming and we better be ready. |
