Not Two Laws at Once

The Scriptures make it undeniably plain that mankind is answerable to God by the law and will of Jesus Christ. That being true, it is impossible that anybody would be subject to the law that God gave Israel at Sinai. That law is not applicable to anybody anywhere today. It had a purpose and that purpose was accomplished through Christ.

The law from which have been delivered (the Law of Moses) includes the Ten Commandments (Rom. 7: 1-4). Many today wish to display the Ten Commandments but we should not think that is the law of Christ.

Of course, those who would like to prevent their display would like to displace Christ as well because they have a hatred in their unbelief of God. As we see the abuse of anything that has ever come from God, let us not be deceived to think that everything from God applies to us today.
