| Our young need to
learn the Bible stories, be encouraged to study the Bible, and be shown
why we all must respect what the Bible teaches. After all, it is the Word
of God.
If we would properly train our young so much agony and regret of human misery could be avoided and prevented. It is much better to build a boy than to mend a man. A wise home and church will be very attentive to the training of its young. Its emphasis will not be on recreation, entertainment, secular education, but the spiritual and moral guidance that comes from God. This is part of God's plan for the older generation in discharging its responsibility to the younger one. It is of primary importance for this life and the next. |
