Shooting Down Your Own Position |

| There are actually
some people, considered "wise," who shoot down what they say.
Some contend there is no such thing as objective, absolute truth, and even
if there is we cannot know it or understand it.
Of course, this contradicts everything the Bible declares. But that is what they want. They hate the teaching of the Bible and want to be their own god and be accountable to nobody. So they say there is no truth so they can escape it. But we have to wonder. Is what they are saying is really true? How can they say it is true? They say there is no absolute truth but are absolutely sure that there is no truth. Can you even imagine anything that contradicts itself more than that position? Are they really sure they understand what they are saying?
