Some Will Not Believe

We all know that there are those who are so determined in their own way that they will not believe the truth about Christ. Paul referred to a statement in Romans 10:16 from Isaiah that all would not obey the gospel. Christ once said, "If I tell you, ye will not believe" (Luke 22: 67). Rejection of the gospel has always been evident regardless of the evidence presented.

But there are those who will believe when and if the truth of Christ is made known to them. They are the ones who shall be added to His church and can look forward to the return of our Lord when He delivers up the kingdom to the Father (1 Cor. 15: 24).

There is no contribution a person can make to the betterment of this world as well as have an impact on eternity than to let someone else know the beautiful story of salvation through Christ. The command to go and preach is with us yet. For our own sake as well as the sake of the lost and for the glory of God we must "Preach the Word."
