The Undeniable Need |
||
People do not come
to Christ until they believe there is the need to do so. Somehow many
people think they are acceptable to God regardless of what they do
regarding Christ. But Christ is the only way to heaven (Jn. 14: 6).
Many see no need for the forgiveness of sins in spite of the repeated teaching in the Bible that all have sinned. That they need to be saved cannot be denied. They cannot save themselves. But God, because of His grace, love and mercy, has provided the Savior and that Savior is His only begotten Son. Only by His blood can we be washed clean. The way of salvation for man is faith, repentance, confession of Christ, baptism into Christ (this is when and where we come in contact with the blood of Christ, Rom. 6: 3,4), followed by a faithful life in Christ. There is no other way. Men may deny the undeniable but only to their own doom. The truth does not change. |
