What Is So Difficult About This? |
||
People talk about
"understanding the Bible differently." No, they do not. If it is
understood at all it is understood alike. The problem is that some simply
do not want and will not accept what the Word reveals. For instance,
Ephesians 4: 4 says there is one body and Ephesians 1: 22, 23 says the
body is the church. There is no way to understand this except that God has
one church. So it goes in many matters.
Because men love their man-made denominations they reject this truth, invent ways to avoid it, ignore it, pretend it means something else and defy God's revelation. There is nothing difficult about this to understand. The difficulty rests in the stubborn will of some to "do their own thing" the will of God notwithstanding. |
