When It Really Matters

There are many things we do in the course of the day that are entertaining, interesting and even beneficial to some degree. But in the long run they really do not matter. But what you do in promoting the cause of Christ in the world does have eternal consequences.

This is because souls are involved. You are dealing with the relationship between man and God. What you do is not only a determining factor in governing this life, but matters that determine eternal destiny.

But it is such a joy to be involved in such activity. You know that what you are doing is important. You are happy as you do it and do it in the best way you can. Just another joy of being a Christian.
