Where Will You Go? |

| There was a point in
the ministry of Christ when some who did not like what He taught went
away. Christ turned to His apostles and asked, "Will you also go
away?" It was then that Peter responded, "Lord, to whom shall we
go? Thou hast the words of eternal life. And we believe and are sure that
thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God" (John 6:68, 69)
Those who never come to Christ, and those who once have come but turn away, where do they think they can receive the blessings Jesus gives? The apostles had learned the true source of life. We also know that Christ is the only way. They came to Him and stayed with Him and so must we. We can partake of the blessings from Deity only through Christ. He is the living bread and the water of life. His table is spread. If you turn from it, where will you go? There is no hope in any other. Believest thou this? |
