Who Believes They Were? |

| Do not accept the
charade some people present as if they are honest and sincere. So many are
not. Rather they are like those in Matthew twelve who asked Jesus if it
was lawful to heal on the Sabbath. You might think they only wanted to do
right, be right, teach right. That was not it at all. They sought to find
fault with Him and make accusation against Him.
Jesus showed it was lawful by healing a man with a withered hand. Were they happy about that? No, they went out and held council how they might destroy Him. What wonderful religious people they were! That sort of attitude and action is not vacant in our time. Many who would have you think they are "pious" are enemies of our Lord. |
