| The Biblical message
for today comes from Ezekiel when God tells Ezekiel to warn his
nation of their evil ways and what the outcome would be if they did not
repent. He also told Ezekiel, "But the house of Israel will not
hearken unto thee; for they will not hearken unto me: for all the house of
Israel are impudent and hardhearted" (Ezekiel 3: 7).
But that was back then. Even though our nation today commits the same transgressions and has the same hardness of heart toward God, nothing bad will happen to us. Don't worry about it. After all, we are special! Some seem to think that way anyway. |
