Wonderful Opportunity |
||
It was called a
wonderful opportunity. The man had reference to the existence of many
churches and how he could choose whichever one suited his desires. To him
it made no difference which one he chose.
He was like the man who wished to reach a specific destination, consulted a map, and learned there were literally hundreds of roads he could travel. What a wonderful opportunity! The only trouble was that only one of those roads would take him to where he wanted to go. Did the existence of all the other roads provide a wonderful opportunity? Only the church the Lord established on Pentecost will take you to heaven. You can take many other roads and may even consider that a wonderful opportunity. I suppose it depends on whether you really want to go to heaven or not. If you do, there is only one way. |
